Incident Details: Ivan perished, along with Unit Chief Jo-Ann Fuller, when the ambulance they were travelling in went off a cliff and plunged into Kennedy Lake, BC. Ivan is survived by 2 stepsons, 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and numerous relatives in Czechoslovakia. He was prececeased by his wife Chris. Ivan was an avid outdoorsmen, an accomplished writer, artist and photographer, having published several of his photos in National Geographic. |
